The stereotypes usually associated with cheerleaders are exclusivity, superficiality, and the amount of their mean spirit compared to their school spirit. Well, shake off that cynicism and remove that judgmental poncho! NT\u2019s got a spirit squad and it is here to shake things up! \u00a0Literally. The Spirit Squad is a unique mix of cheerleaders, dancers, and unicyclists. When NT heard we were getting a spirit squad there was some cynicism surrounding the idea. But on Red and Grey day, students were handed back their words and were forced to gobble them up, because Spirit Squad ROCKED IT. Other than the technical difficulties experienced at the beginning, the girls made a great come-back with impressive flips and tricks.
