Don’t worry swimmers, you’ll be putting on your caps again this year. Though the team might be little different than before, it will definitely be running this year.

“We definitely have time available at Northern if we want it,” explains Ms. Chamberlain, one of the coaches, “But not everyday, so we’re trying to find a community pool to supplement our time at Northern”. Northern has agreed to let our team use their pool a few times a week after we held their swim classes in our pool last year. (If anyone remembers the broken lane rope, it was Northern). Many members of the team last year hoped practices would be held at the large North Toronto Memorial pool, but that option was eliminated because the pool has no available time to rent out. Prospective pools include Glenview and Havergal. While things may be ‘iffy’ right now, rest assured, swim team will happen.
